Exchange rate was bad compared to other places (12.35 VS 12.63 for Indo Rupiah). I was changing a small amount so i came here since it was convenient. Staff took their time before attending to me. Also didn't give me my change until I asked them and they still claimed they did until I showed proof that I was only given rupiah lol. Human error I understand but service could be better.
CHANGED VIETNAMESE DONG WITH THEM AND THEY DID NOT PUT THEIR RATES ON THE BOARD. HE RANDOMLY GAVE ME AN EXCHANGE RATE WHICH WAS SO MUCH LOWER. DO NOT GO THERE TO CHANGE YOUR MONEY!
I was quoted 107 when i asked for JPY exchange rate that I declined. The staff offered 108 if I exchange for SGD 1000, which I accepted. The staff then asked me for another SGD28 for rounding up to JPY 110000. However, upon checking on the receipt, I noticed the rare was 106.9995. I went back to the shop and asked for an explanation. The staff then quickly paid me back another SGD9.50 based on the rate of 107.9995. No single word of apology or explanation, just cold and stern faces. Imagine I wa
