Did a Vietnam Dong Change an hour ago, the rate was $1 = 16950 VND. Changed $702 and was short changed of 700k VND. Was told to head back the remaining sum the next day through a call. Dispute was settled. Trustable. Everyone should take the time to count your money even if u are rushing for anything.
I changed some Malaysian ringgit abt 2weeks back with Mr Shahul from Arcade Plaza Traders .The rates given were very good. I was very pleased with the whole process too as it seem seamless.
