ARJ Money Changer

Don’t go to this money changer, the worker got super bad attitude, force ppl to top up what they requested, if you rejected, they will give you a different rate even though you hit the exchange amount, I change 1000 dollars to yen, they ask to top up 30++, I say I got no cash, the worker answer me everybody also no cash! With her super bad attitude, due to I no cash to top up, they give me two different rate in 1 invoice without informing me. Such a cheating service, will not go there anymore

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Like many reviews here, very bad experience at this money changer. We were given old and dirty Rupiah notes when we first bought currency from them. After our trip, we returned to sell the unused notes — only to be told they were “too dirty” to accept. These were the exact notes they sold us. VERY BAD customer service. Dishonest and unethical business. Queued for 15 minutes because of the “good rates” on screen. When we arrived at the counter, I verified if the rate was the same as the screen.
