My first 1 star review — Please trust the recent reviews even if it goes against your better judgment. They indeed have a minimum amount to qualify for better exchange rates but they won’t mention it upfront. I was told that the exchange rate for VND was 19.8k and I made it clear that I was changing S$100. I was told that the exchange rate is 18.8k if I only changed $100. When I clarified about what was communicated over the phone call, he said that it must be the new staff because it’s his firs
Rental stress must be getting to them, look at all the latest reviews. Different rate from advertised, because never hit 'minimum amount'. So difficult to be transparent when doing business?
A reliable and welcoming money changer that offers PayNow service, making transactions convenient—especially since I no longer carry my cards :)
