very DISHONEST & UNETHICAL. the money changer did not have any visual board of the exchange rates so you literally had to ask them & then they ask to hand over the money first but the receipt shown a lower rate than what was mentioned. prior to that, he actually mentioned to the cashier to type in xxxx rate (which was lower) amount onto their monitor & he even wrote on the white board about the exchange rate after i handed over the money which i asked him to clarify cos he initially informed a m
