I had a terrible experience at this money changer. The customer service was awful. When I first called to inquire about the exchange rate, the staff member gave me the information, and I told him I needed to check with my husband before proceeding. While I was on the phone, he went back to playing a game, ignoring me completely. Even when I called him multiple times, he didn’t bother to respond and continued to play. After a few minutes, he finally looked up and came to assist with the transacti
This place is open 24 hours and is safe/secure. The police station is right across the street. It took us a little time to locate, as they are on the second floor and a little hidden by other shops. Their rates are not the best, but their service is good and you can exchange quickly.
Don't know why public rated this money changer badly. I just visited them. It's just like any other normal changer. Change money and go. Rate is normal for SGD to MYR.
