I'm convinced now that they took my money. Pretty sure I counted S$500 before I went there. Went there and exchanged to JPY. Told me I only have S$400. I thought maybe I lost my money or something because my colleagues told me they were trustworthy. Now that I recount however, I'm pretty convinced that they took the $100. They let me recount and all but may have hidden it. Anyway, will go back to check and hopefully there's CCTV evidence or something smh.. if not I'll take it as a lesson learnt
Staff are very rude and arrogant!!! Doesnt know proper costumer service and no GMRC at all ... better look for another money changer when in LP. Not recommended
I got 1.353 for usd. Other people quoted me 1.34z so yea it’s not bad
