rates are extremely bad. only able to exchange 60% of the value. do not recommend
Poor rates and dishonest. When I told him the rates were higher elsewhere, he told me that the difference was only $0.3. Later when I calculated the difference was actually more than $2.0!
The owner was very nice. I exchanged a small amount of money but he gave me good rate without me having to negotiate.
