Convenient location. Check the rate and tell the counter what currency you want if you ok with the exchange rate.
Quick, simple, straightforward money changer. Just look at the rates, ask for the amount you're looking for, and have a decent conversation with them after. Don't expect there to be haggling done, just take and go. They're even nice enough to offer you an envelope for your new currency. Rates were honestly quite good as well.
Such a pity & clear that customer service is not a priority here. I strongly advise others to avoid this money changer as there are many other places with better rates and respectful service. I will not be returning. fyi they donโt have small change too
