very horrible experience, dishonest money changer! have been coming for years the rate and service by the female staff is usually good but this time the male staff charged me a different rate as stated when i called to enquire. make sure to avoid! 👎🏼🐍 …
The rates i had was not the same as what i saw on the board, while the cashier did flag it when asked to change and I agreed to the new rate but after pondering about it i dont feel right about it as the board was not updated at that point. So better to ask the rate first instead of referring to the board. Anyhow, the cashier is actually frenly and nice, service 5 stars. Just wish i didnt get lesser what i would hav expected for pounds.
Super good rates and efficient service from the cheerful lady behind the counter. Will definitely go back again in future since it's so convenient for me. And as someone mentioned, great that the atms are just next to it.
