Not sure why they got such bad reviews over here. I have been changing money with them for many years now, everytime when I go travelling. They used to have 2 shops here, but only 1 remain. Used to run by older Indian men, whom at times were not the most polite. I just changed some Korean Won & USD today and a younger Indian man with glasses was serving me. I checked on xe.com and he has given me a rate which is on par with the website and he was very polite too. They always issue me a receipt w

Rude and disrespectful. Shouts loudly and demeans customers. The money changer smells like curry and his shop had brown stains on the walls.
