The service was good. The lady staff was kind and there was no hassle in exchanging money. I bought USD and the spread was 2+%. Definitely kinda costly. I would recommend this shop when you recall that you've forgotten to change money in the last minute before heading to airport. There's no exchange rate board, so you must ask staff in order to know the rate.
Google shows the opening hours as being until 9 PM, but when I rushed there and arrived at 8:35 PM, I was told it was already closed. What a disappointment to have rushed all the way from Punggol based on the listed operating hours!
Do the people who rated this place want to be treated like kings when they enter or smth? Entitled Singaporeans smh. The service was normal and the exchange rate (at least for ringgit) was the same compared to other places. When I entered the lady was quick to help me exchange and told me the rates clearly. She also made sure to let me know exactly what amount I'll get as well as doubled checked before handing the money to me.
